Dallingers People: website for a Swiss model and hostess agency

The client

Dallingers People (People Agency Switzerland) is a subsidiary of the Dallinger Group Switzerland. The agency places models, hostesses and hosts, and offers marketing, event and content services for companies, brands, hotels, restaurants and jewellery and watch makers. A part of its profit goes to people in need, which is central to how the agency presents itself.

The challenge

The website has to serve two groups. Clients want to book models or hostesses quickly and understand the full range of services. Models and hostesses want to apply. On top of that, the site had to fit the look of the Dallinger Group and tell the agency’s story and values in a credible way.

Our approach

• Booking first. Clear “Book” sections for models and for hostesses and hosts, with separate profile pages for male and female models.
• Online applications. Separate application forms for models and for hostesses, so candidates can apply directly from the website.
• All services on one page. Model and hostess placement, photo and video production, gala dinners, guest reception, product presentations, interpreters and marketing, listed clearly with a free consultation offer.
• The story behind the agency. A “Leitbild” (mission) page explains the agency’s vision and its social commitment.
• Part of the group. Swiss German content (de-CH), the same calm black-and-white style as the Dallinger Group and a direct link to the group’s website.

The result

A clear, elegant Swiss German website where clients can book people for their events and campaigns, and new models and hostesses can apply online.
