Last updated: 1 November 2026

This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit triquon.tech and contact us, why, and what rights you have. We keep data processing to a minimum: there is no tracking unless you agree to it.

1. Controller

The controller for the processing described here is:

Triquon, Rruga Haxhi Zeka 330, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo General contact: info@triquon.tech · Phone: +383 46 134 754

You can exercise your rights by contacting us at any of the addresses above.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus) and delivered through its content delivery network. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Log files are kept by the host for a limited period and then deleted. We have a data processing agreement with the host.

3. Fonts, images and other resources

All fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts, CDNs or other third parties when you view a page.

4. Cookies and local storage

Without your consent we do not set cookies. We store your cookie choice (accept/decline) in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again; this is strictly necessary (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Details in our cookie policy.

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and referrer; IP addresses are shortened. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (2 or 14 months). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via .

6. Contact form

When you send the contact form, your details (name, email, optional phone, project type, budget and message) are transmitted to the form service Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, which forwards them to us by email. Web3Forms acts as our processor under a data processing agreement; its data is hosted on Amazon Web Services and may be stored by the service for a limited period. We use your details only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Spam protection with hCaptcha

To protect the contact form from spam, we use hCaptcha, a service of Intuition Machines, Inc. (USA). hCaptcha is loaded only when you start filling in the form. It checks whether the form is used by a person, and processes data such as your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the widget; it may store data in your browser for this purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. More information: hCaptcha’s privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.

7. Email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you contact us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta), data is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. You can always use email instead.

Booking a call with Cal.com

You can book a free call with us through Cal.com, a scheduling service of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The booking page opens on cal.com, outside our website. When you book, Cal.com processes the details you enter (name, email address, the answers in the booking form, optionally a phone number) and the time you choose, to schedule the call and send confirmations to you and to us. If you choose a video call, the meeting takes place via the video service named in the booking (e.g. Google Meet). Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. More information: Cal.com’s privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.

Our website links to Instagram. These are plain links: no data is sent to Instagram unless you click them.

9. How long we keep data

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless statutory retention periods (for example for offers and invoices) require us to keep it longer.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in your country of residence. To exercise your rights, email info@triquon.tech.
